I have been working, really. My making cycle has c

I have been working, really. My making cycle has changed. I used to make pots in the morning and carve in the afternoon or make work one day and then carve them the next day; but lately I’ve been making a bunch of things -like 30 pieces or more and then spending a week carving them. How I work is, I set a date for my firing and about 10 days out, I count how many pots need carving and then I divide that by the number of days I have left and I usually end up setting a goal of about 5 to 7 pots a day depending on the type of thing I’m carving. I can carve 10-12 mugs in a day if I really keep my nose to the grindstone.
